Detaljer
The scenario is well known:
You have the beautiful new LED turn signals installed in your bike and since then the flashing speed is no longer correct, or the ECU makes error messages because the flasher relay or the ECU does not cope with the lower power of the new turn signals or thinks that your turn signal is broken. Now you could order various load equalizers from the aftermarket, pay for them, and keep testing and soldering on your bike until you find the right value. This is our new digital adjustable loadequalizer with 50 adjustable power values. The Vari Load sets the appropriate resistance itself.
The Vari Load has by the way also an automatic mode and can determine the necessary load with conventional flasher relay itself. For this purpose, clamp the blue cable to ground before switching on the ignition. After you turn on the ignition and activate the turn signals, the Vari Load measures the flashing frequency and slowly increases its load. As soon as a flash frequency of 90 flashes / minute is reached, the Vari Load stops its measurement and stores the load value permanently. Now you can disconnect the blue wire from ground and the stored value remains in the device. By the way, the Vari Load is also a cool tool for the workshop and belongs in every toolbox. You can conveniently set the required load for the flasher relay via the device and then replace it with the required resistor value from the table on page 2 of the installation instructions.
